We classify every product into three clear condition levels to help you shop confidently:

• A Class – Excellent / Like New

• B Class – Very Good

• C Class – Good / Pre-Loved

Are items cleaned or restored before sale?

Yes. All items are professionally cleaned and refreshed.

When needed, they may be lightly restored before listing.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are available for A and B Class items according to our Return & Refund Policy.

C Class items are final sale and non-refundable.

Can I request additional photos or videos?

Yes. If you want a closer look, we can provide additional photos or a short video before purchase.

Do you photograph items before shipping?

Yes. For transparency, every item is photographed or filmed before dispatch to document its exact condition.

Condition Guide

We carefully inspect every item before it becomes available in our boutique.

Below is the official Norée condition grading system:

A Class — Excellent / Like New

Looks new or unused.

No visible wear, marks, or flaws.

B Class — Very Good

Gently used and well-kept.

Minimal signs of wear such as light scuffs, softening of fabric, or very minor imperfections.

Overall appearance remains excellent.

C Class — Pre-Loved/Visible Wear

Shows visible wear or small imperfections such as light stains, fabric wear, or tiny holes.

Still fully wearable and authentic to its age.

C Class items are final sale.

Transparency & Accuracy

All listings include high-resolution photos that reflect the item’s true condition, ensuring you know exactly what you’re purchasing.
