Norée – Thrift de Lux specializes in curated pre-loved luxury and designer fashion.

All items are authentic, carefully inspected, and accurately described before being listed.

Each item is one-of-a-kind. Once sold, it cannot be restocked.

2. Product Condition

Every product is graded using our three-level condition system (A, B, or C):

• A Class — Excellent / Like New

Looks new or unused. No visible wear.

• B Class — Very Good

Gently used with minimal signs of wear.

• C Class — Pre-Loved / Fair Condition

Visible wear, imperfections, fabric use, or minor flaws.

Still wearable and fully usable.

We do our best to describe each detail accurately and provide clear photos.

Please note that pre-loved items may show signs of previous wear.

📸 Before shipping, we may photograph or record the item for documentation and authenticity confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely through our trusted partners (e.g., PayPal).

Norée – Thrift de Lux reserves the right to update prices without prior notice.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped after payment confirmation and within the stated processing time.

We offer local delivery in Malta and EU shipping.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only under the conditions stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

Due to the nature of pre-loved items, returns are not accepted for signs of wear or imperfections already mentioned in the product description.

We do not share your information with third parties without consent.
