Refund & Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for A-Class and B-Class items, under these conditions:
• Item must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unaltered, and clean.
• Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
❗ C-Class items are sold “as-is” and are NOT eligible for return or refund due to visible wear, flaws, or missing elements.
Return Process
To request a return, email us at info@noree-thriftdelux.eu with the order details and reason for return.
Once approved, we will send return instructions.
The item must be shipped back within 5 business days of approval.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees, courier charges, and postal costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refund Approval
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to decline a refund if the returned item shows:
• signs of wear,
• damage,
• alterations,
• or inconsistencies with the original product listing.
Exchanges
Since all items are one-of-a-kind, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to buy another item, please place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
• C-Class items (sold as-is)
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Gift cards or promotional items
Documentation & Verification
Before dispatch, all items are photographed and/or recorded to document their condition and authenticity.
This helps protect both you and Norée – Thrift de Lux in case of dispute.
